Choose Your Top Gun Teamwork Cohort and Prepare to Elevate Leadership and Employee Performance

The Top Gun Teamwork program offers two different packages. The Combined Cohort enables numerous small companies to build stronger teams and success. This cohort is ideal for companies with smaller teams who want or need a more affordable program. The Custom Cohort allows a single company to engage in the Top Gun Teamwork program dedicated to their organization’s needs and goals; this cohort does not include participants outside the host company.

Combined Cohort: Perseverance and Accountability Drive Success

Our Top Gun Teamwork ‘Combined Cohort’ is designed for small and medium-sized companies (less than 250 employees). The Combined Cohort allows these companies to join forces with other companies to together learn how to facilitate “E.A.G.L.E. Planning,” “V.I.P.E.R Briefing,” and “F-4 Debrief” events, in addition to learning to build and grow Psychological Safety.

Each cohort includes 20-30 students from different companies and industries. The Combined Cohort combines a few weeks of self-paced online learning with 12 weeks of weekly group coaching led by VMax Group fighter pilot instructors. Each Cohort member is encouraged to lead seven E.A.G.L.E. Planning and seven F-4 Debrief sessions, driving engagement, buy-in, and performance from their teammates along the way.

Cohort Participation

Per seat cost: $3,000.
More than five seats: $2,500 per seat, up to 10 seats maximum.

Local Launch

The local launch is a mission-critical component of a successful implementation. The local launch is how your teammates who haven’t yet gone through implementation training are going to learn the core concepts that underlie the Top Gun Teamwork approach. VMax Group implementation experts are all former fighter pilots who will join you either on-site or virtually to help your teammates embrace the Top Gun Teamwork approach.

One-day local launch:

$5,000, either on-site or virtual. We can deliver two sessions per day with up to 50 people per session.

Addition local launches:

$5,000 per day on-site
$2,500 per session virtual

Custom Cohort: Leadership Training and Development for Large Teams

Our Top Gun Teamwork ‘Custom Cohort’ is designed for larger companies that want their implementation training to be exclusive to their company. These Cohorts follow the same instructional approach as a Combined Cohort, but are conducted on a custom schedule. A VMax Group team member is also prepared to return three times to do on-site coaching and instruction as part of a quarterly follow-up and implementation approach unique to this program.

Custom Cohort training includes several weeks of self-paced online learning and ten weeks of weekly group coaching. Just like students in the Combined Cohort, each Cohort member is encouraged to lead seven E.A.G.L.E. Planning and seven F-4 Debrief sessions, documenting their experiences along the way. But unlike the Combined Cohort, a VMax Group coach will be following up each quarter to chart progress and further assist with implementation.

Cohort Participation

$90,000 flat rate for up to 40 participants

Included in this flat rate are the following additional components:

An assessment prior to the Cohort kickoff, measuring the state of the “Accountability Ecosystem” resident in the company before we begin. We will conduct this same assessment each quarter to measure progress;
A quarterly online group check-in for the three quarters following the conclusion of the program;
An option for VMax Group to conduct on-site coaching each quarter for three quarters, further assisting in the implementation.

Follow-Up On-site Group Coaching:

$3,500 for each half day.
